We were hired directly by the CEO to assist with external communications. We worked through all external letters and created a friendlier, more accessible and more consistent tone of voice. We were also engaged in stakeholder management and had the pleasure of working alongside Professor Rhonda Galbally AC, a board member of the Independent Advisory Council to the NDIS.
